At Vecteno, we specialize in providing digital downloadable design resources such as PSD, CDR, AI, and vector files.
Since all our products are digital in nature, no physical shipping or delivery is required.

This policy explains how and when customers receive their purchased digital items.

2️⃣ Mode of Delivery

All Vecteno products are delivered digitally through:

• A direct download link available immediately after successful payment, or

• A download email sent to your registered email ID within a short duration.

No printed or physical products are shipped.

3️⃣ Delivery Duration

• Orders are processed instantly after payment confirmation.

• In most cases, your download link will be available immediately or within 15 minutes after successful payment.

• In case of technical delays or server issues, delivery may take up to 1 hour.

If you still do not receive your download link within 1 hour, please contact us immediately at vecteno24@gmail.com.

4️⃣ Shipping Charges

Since all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or handling charges applicable to any order placed on Vecteno.com.

5️⃣ Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive:

1. A payment confirmation email from our payment gateway, and

2. A product delivery email from Vecteno with your download link.

Please make sure to check your Spam / Promotions folder in case the email does not appear in your inbox.

6️⃣ Failed or Delayed Downloads

If your product download fails or is delayed due to network/server issues:

• Do not worry — your purchase remains active.

• Contact us at vecteno24@gmail.com with your Order ID or Transaction ID, and we will resend the download link within 24 hours.

7️⃣ Incorrect Email Address

If you entered an incorrect email address while purchasing, contact us within 24 hours at vecteno24@gmail.com.
After verification, we will resend your product link to the correct email ID.

8️⃣ International Access

Our digital files can be downloaded from anywhere in the world.
Please ensure that your internet connection and local download permissions allow digital content access.
