1️⃣ Overview

At Vecteno, we offer high-quality digital downloadable design files such as PSD, CDR, and vector templates.
Since our products are non-tangible and instantly delivered digital files, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining platform integrity.

2️⃣ Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Vecteno.com are digital files that can be downloaded immediately after a successful payment.
Because of the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund unless there is a genuine technical issue from our side.

3️⃣ Eligibility for Refund

A refund or replacement will be provided only under the following conditions:

1. The downloaded file is corrupted, damaged, or missing layers/resources.

2. You received the wrong file or incorrect download link.

3. You made duplicate payments for the same order.

4️⃣ Refund Request Duration

You can request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase date.
After 3 days, refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

5️⃣ Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at vecteno24@gmail.com with the following details:

• Order ID or transaction ID

• Registered email used during purchase

• Screenshot or description of the issue

Once verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6️⃣ Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

• If payment was made via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same source.

• We do not offer refunds in cash or through alternate accounts.

7️⃣ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• The file has been downloaded successfully and is functioning correctly.

• You changed your mind or no longer need the product.

• You purchased the wrong item by mistake.

• Your system/software is incompatible with the file format.

• You are requesting a refund after the 3-day window.

8️⃣ Replacement Policy

If a file is corrupted or contains an error, we may offer a replacement link for the same product instead of a refund, based on the issue type.

9️⃣ Duplicate Transactions

In case of duplicate payments, you can email us with both transaction receipts.
After verification, one of the payments will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
