Thank you for choosing Vecteno.com. Because we sell digital downloadable products, our cancellation rules are different from physical product websites. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. No Order Cancellation After Purchase

Since all our products are digital files, once an order is placed and payment is completed:

❌ The order cannot be cancelled.

Digital files are delivered instantly or prepared soon after payment, so cancellation is not possible.

2. Mistaken Order or Wrong File Purchased

If you purchased the wrong digital file by mistake:

• We cannot cancel the order.

• We cannot refund due to the digital nature of the product.

Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

3. When Cancellation Is Allowed

Cancellation is only possible in one situation:

✔ If payment was deducted but the order was not generated

Example:

• Payment successful, but the file/link was not created

• Website error during checkout

In this case, you can contact us, and we will review the request.

4. If You Did Not Receive the File

This is not considered cancellation.
It falls under our Refund & Replacement policy.

If you paid but did not receive your file:

• Contact us

• We will resend the file within 5–7 days
