At Vecteno, we provide digital downloadable design files such as PSD, CDR, AI, and vector templates.
Since our products are instantly accessible digital goods, cancellation requests are subject to certain limitations.

This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on Vecteno.com.

2️⃣ Cancellation Before Download

You can cancel your order only before the digital file has been downloaded or accessed.
Once the file download link has been generated or opened, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3️⃣ Cancellation Duration

You must submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of making the purchase.
Requests received after 24 hours or after the file has been downloaded will not be accepted.

4️⃣ How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation, please email us at vecteno24@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your Order ID / Transaction ID

• Registered email address used for the purchase

• A short reason for cancellation

After verifying your request, we will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund (if eligible) within 5–7 business days.

5️⃣ Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled under the following circumstances:

• The file or download link has already been accessed.

• The product has been used or opened (digital download).

• The cancellation request was received after 24 hours of purchase.

• You purchased the wrong product by mistake.

• You no longer require the file or changed your mind.

6️⃣ Refunds After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved (and the file was not downloaded), the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID.

7️⃣ Duplicate or Accidental Orders

If you placed an order by mistake or made duplicate payments, please contact us immediately at vecteno24@gmail.com.
Duplicate transactions will be verified and refunded within 3–5 business days.

8️⃣ Technical Issues During Purchase

In rare cases where technical issues cause an incorrect order or payment failure, please contact us.
We will verify the issue and assist with replacement or refund as appropriate.
